Liz Turner Diehl

For Liz Turner Diehl, creativity is a movable feast. It's what has fueled her success from the plains of Kansas to the South Hill of Eugene to an island in the middle of the Columbia River in Portland. Liz's career in needlearts began with her grandmother: fond memories of evenings with the Lawrence Welk Show and learning the basics of needlepoint, all under the watchful eye of her grandmother. Today, her designs have earned her several awards and accolades through the years of her love for dimensional work in the needle arts. In 1976, Liz began her professional career by owning and operating a retail needlework store. In 1980, she published her first needlework design books. The joy of teaching and sharing needlework with others propels Liz every single day.
